Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Product Activation
You can retrieve lost serial numbers by visiting our Lost Serial Number area. Choose the product you lost your serial number for and enter the e-mail address you used when you purchased the product. We will check our records and send an e-mail with your serial number.
You must first purchase a license. After your purchase is confirmed you will recieve a confirmation email with your license information. Go to the Product Activation page and enter in your license information (Name, Company, and Serial) and the Site Code from the installed program's registration dialog box.
The Site Code is obtained by launching the program, going to the Help menu and choosing "Register...". The Register dialog window should appear with text entry fields for your Name, Company, Serial, Site Code, and Activation Code. The Site Code field should already be pre-filled in and cannot be changed.
Make sure you enter in your license information exactly as is appears in your confirmation email. Please note everything is case sensitive. We also suggest you copy and paste values to avoid any confusion between the letters I and O and the numbers 1 and 0. If you still encounter problems, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the Site Code from the installed program's registration dialog box.

The Vertical Moon Software License for all of our software is for one user per license and entitles that single user to install the software on a second computer (eg, home/work or desktop/laptop) provided they are not both used at the same time, or by more than one person.
